Jesus Is In The Storm With You!

“But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage. I am here!” [28] Then Peter called to him, “Lord, if it’s really you, tell me to come to you, walking on the water.” [29] “Yes, come,” Jesus said. So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus. [30] But when he saw the strong wind and the waves, he was terrified and began to sink. “Save me, Lord!” he shouted. [31] Jesus immediately reached out and grabbed him. “You have so little faith,” Jesus said. “Why did you doubt me?” –Matthew 14:27-31 NLT 

Like Peter, many of you allow the strong wind and waves in your life to shake your faith from believing in the ALL POWERFUL ONE. The One who promises to be with you wherever you go. No matter what you are up against or how big or small the situations and circumstances are, Jesus is in the storm with you. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage. I am here!” Jesus is here with you right now. Where is your hope today? Are you doubting His sustaining power? The Lord is calling you to step out of the boat of fear and onto the water of Faith. He wants you to take ahold of your storm in Faith because he is with you. He will walk with you, He will guide you and hold your hand through the strong winds and waves. Do not be terrified of what is happening around you but remain confident that Jesus is the storm with you. REST IN HIM!

“Even when you walk through the darkest valley, you will not be afraid, for The Lord is close beside you. His rod and staff protects and comforts you.” – Psalm 23:4 NLT 

Christ alone is the CORNERSTONE. Weak made strong; in the Saviour’s love. Through the storm, He is Lord, Lord of all!
