I am currently at a point in my life where I’m transitioning. Moving from little boy to big boy, highschool to college/university and I really need God to work out somethings for me. Scholarship season is swiftly approaching and I need to have an acceptance letter from a College/University. I want to apply to a University but there is one problem…$$$. I need a financial support statement! This is a major roadblock I need God to remove for me. When creating my Vision Board for 2017, I wrote down everything that I wanted to see happen this year which included applying to the University and obtaining scholarships. I printed out a picture of the University and scholarships and placed it on the board by FAITH. I prayed over my Vision Board and asked God to let His will be done. Everything worked in my favor to apply to the University except the financial support statement. At the moment, my parents are unable to fund my entire college tuition which is why these scholarship opportunities are so important.
Inspite of it, God knows just what I need so I put my trust and faith in Him that He will come through for me. God is my financial source and His resource is unlimited and not tied to this world’s economy. I will not allow the facts to discourage me from the promises of God. I may not have the money right now but God’s word says that He is able to do exceedingly and abundantly. I may not know how God will work it out, yet I know He will. I am confident knowing as each day pasts, my request is closer to its Manifestation! So I will wait on the Lord and be of good courage!
The waiting process might seem long but I know the wait will be worth it. I may be discouraged and full of despair along the journey but at the end of it all “You Made A Way” will be my testimony. I am certain there will be times it may seem like God has forsaken me but I know that it is not so for when I feel forsaken, it is an indication that He is working.
“They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings of eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31
By Faith, I printed out the financial statement support form and will continue to believe God for a miracle and breakthrough. My Faith, Trust and Hope remains grounded in Christ because I know what God has for me, it is for me and will come in due time.
“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” Galatians 6:9
