What is your purpose? What did God created you to do? Jeremiah 1:5 – “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.” God knew each and every one of us before we were created and already predestined a purpose for our lives. Often times we allow our parents or society dictate who we should be, but do we really sit down and ask our Creator what it is He has brought us here to do? Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Not all of us are called to become Doctors, Lawyers, Artistsor Pastors. God placed a unique calling on all of our lives and we have to SEEK Him in order to find it. Allow God to direct you in the path of His will for your life.
GOD HAS A BRIGHT FUTURE FOR YOU, SEEK HIM TO KNOW WHAT IT IS!
If you already know your purpose and exactly what God has placed you here to do, what are some of the things holding you back from living out your purpose? Is it your age? Is it your family background? Is it your financial status in life? God knew exactly the position we would be in life so why must we allow those things to hold us back? David was a young shepherd boy living out his purpose when God anointed him to be King. Jesus was just 12 years old when he began preaching in the temple to the older believers and performed many miracles. They did not allow their age, family background or financial status in life be a stumbling block to them living out their purpose.
STOP ALLOWING THINGS TO HOLD YOU BACK from living our your PURPOSE!
If you may find it difficult knowing your purpose, CHECK YOUR PASSION. Your purpose in life usually stems from the passion you have. What are you passionate about? Use your passion as an avenue to live out your purpose.
LET YOUR PASSION BE THE FUEL THAT PROPELS YOU TOWARDS PURPOSE!
I am now going on 8 years in living out my purpose. I may not be in my 30’s or 40’s but I know one fact that there is no set date, age or year for one to begin pursuing their purpose. I am a firm believer that one can never be too young to make an impact and difference not only within the archipelago of The Bahamas but around the world.
