All Things Work Together!

Jesus replied, “You don’t understand now what I am doing, but someday you will.” (John 13:7 NLT)

Often times, you encounter situations in life that you may not completely understand like, “Why did I have to lose my job?”, “Why did my loved one have to die?”, or “Why didn’t I get that scholarship?” You tend to question God about your problems and why He allows you to go through what you go through. You are like, “Why me?” and God is like, “Why not you?”

God has already equipped you for the battles you would face during your life’s journey. Nothing that you can ever encounter or go through in this life, come as a surprise to God. He knows your end from your beginning. He already had your whole life planned out before you were born.

You may not understand why you are going through this or when it will end, but God says someday you will. You will be so grateful for the challenges He allowed to come your way, which will ultimately shape the person you will become tomorrow. Someday you will look back on today and thank God for where he has brought you from. Many successful persons tell of how they would have never thought that what they went through, would cause them to end up where they are today. The pieces of the puzzle of your life, will come together in due time. Everything will add up.

You may not know how you are going to get through the storms you are facing, but you need to confidently trust that God will bring you through. Like a popular Bob Marley song says, “Don’t worry about a thing, ‘Cause every little thing gonna be all right.” Why shouldn’t you worry? Because Romans 8:28 (NLT) says, And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.”

So do not allow life’s blows to move or shake you, but remain strong in the promises of God for your life. Remember, your present location is not your final destination. Don’t allow life’s hurdles to hold you back. Keep pushing and one day, you’ll see the completion of your life’s puzzle.
